The
film “Secret
Life’ touches the mystery of life that brings together micro
and macro levels of our Universe. These both scales are unreachable for the
human direct perception. However they find
their expression in our daily activities and experiences and reflect themselves
in the mirror of our dreams and ambitions.
The video refers to the quest for life in our closest
and far off environments. It bears
upon processes of cosmic recycling that makes each of us an inseparable part of
the Universe and on atomic level, practically immortal.
In a poetic way,
“Secret Life” combines micro and macro images with everyday experiences, scientific
data with personal observations.
The soundtrack composed by
Dave Lawrence
uses among others material from the Neutrino Mediterranean Observatory, Italy and Whale & Seabird
Research Station Inc.
