Cezary Staniszewski (1951-2000); he studied at the Lublin Catholic University in Lublin. In 1983-1989 he ran the RR Gallery in Warsaw. In 1987 together with Andrzej Mitan and Emmett Williams he organized International Art Seminar ETC in Warsaw. He exhibited his works in bookart and installation at many one-man and collective shows in many galleries including the Remont Gallery, Warsaw, Wielka 19 Gallery, Poznań, RR Gallery, Warsaw, Działań Gallery, Warsaw, Galerie Giannozzo, Berlin, GR Gallery, Grójec, New Art Gallery, Legionowo, Aspekty Gallery, Warsaw. Together with Andrzej Mitan, Tadeusz Sudnik, Tomasz Wilmański, Irena Jarosińska and Emmett Williams he realized many performance shows. His works are in the collection of the National Museum in Poznań.
