Otmar Sattel (born in 1955 in Speyer am Rhein in Germany); in 1976 - 1982 he studied at Hochschule der Kunste in Stuttgart, in the eighties he was a co-founder and member of the Berlin group Material & Wirkung e.V. (together with Gutmann, Klotz, Bosslet). In art he works in energetic sculpture, installation, photography, video. He showed his works at many one-man and collective shows in Germany, Poland, Italy, France, Denmark, and Hungary. He lives and works in Berlin.
