Waldemar Petryk (born 1950 in Warsaw); studied in Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Graduated in painting studio of prof. Tadeusz Dominik in 1975. Active in the fields of installation, painting; performance, art book. Art works he exhibit e.g. in X Gallery, Wroclaw, Forma Gallery, Warsaw, Zakład nad Fosą, Wroclaw, Sculpture Gallery, Warsaw, Działan Gallery, Warsaw, Milano Gallery, Warsaw, Kont Gallery, Lublin, Municypal Gallery, Wroclaw, and in Galerie De Fabriek, Eindhoven, Holland, Pori Taide Muzeo, Pori, Finland, "Poezja Konkretna" Działan Gallery, Warsaw, Galleri Weiny, Sztokholm, Szweden, Festiwal STASI, National Museum, Warsaw, "Performance polski” BWA Gallery, Slupsk. He live and works in Warsaw.
