Leszek Knaflewski (born in 1960 in Poznań); in 1980 - 1985 he studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. In 1983-1990 he was one of the co-founders of the artistic group Koło Klipsa. He now teaches at the Poznań Art Academy and Zielona Góra University. In art, he works in installation, photography, acoustic objects, performance. He exhibited his works in several dozen one-man shows in such places as Galerie Kubus, Hannover, Galerie Atelier 340, Brussels, Galerie X Art Space, Athens, Arsenal City Gallery, Poznań, Wschodnia Gallery, Łódź, BWA Gallery, Słupsk, CSW Zamek Ujazdowski Gallery, Warsaw, as well as in collective exhibitions in Poland, Greece, Belgium, Germany, Spain, USA, Japan. He lives and works in Poznań.
